Hello hello! My name is Fran, I am a licensed Dallas-based Esthetician, and I am here to make you feel refreshed, pampered and glow like your best self. I specialize in using organic skin care products and facial massage techniques to help detox, lift, and improve the overall look and health of your skin. If you’re looking to help sharpen your looks and save time getting ready, I also provide brow and lash services. These services include bow laminations and lash lift to help open up the eyes and help with stubborn brows. I also provide waxing services to help you save time on hair grooming for longer periods of time. Soft and smooth could never be easier! Lastly I operate with the goal in mind of creating a safe space free of judgment. Life is crazy enough and I want you to feel like in my care, the rest of the world is galaxies away. Cancellation Policy

-Cancelation/Reschedule- I completely under that situations may arise, leading to a cancelled appointment. I kindly request a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for cancelations or rescheduling. Failure to provide an adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee. Cancelation fees can be paid through the app, over the phone, or in person before booking a new appointment. For an appointment canceled less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time, a cancelation fee of 25% of the the total booked service will be charged. This fee covers the time reserved for the service as well as the impact on scheduling. Clients who wish to reschedule their appointment, have until closing the day before their appointment, to avoid a cancelation fee. - -No show- A no-show occurs when a client fails to appear 15-min after their appointment start time and without providing any prior notice. After 3 no-show appointments, clients may be required to prepay for future appointments. I completely understand that circumstances do arise that may cause you to miss your appointment without prior communication. No-shows may be subject to payment of 100% of the reserved service amount.
